One of the New Blackmore Vale’s columnists is holding a Zoom ‘Power Hour’ on stress and how to manage it on Wednesday, February 10.
Life coach Alice Johnsen aims to arm you with the tools to stop stress becoming overwhelming and destructive.
She said: “I want to tell you about ways you can manage the stress in your life and in the lives of your family. We are living through a time of greater anxiety and stress but sadly, stress is part of all our lives, all the time.But with a bit of knowledge and some simple tools, you can keep stress under control.”
The hour’s session costs £20 per person and will be held from 12 to 1pm.
