A CARAVAN was stolen from a Dorset village last weekend.

The theft occurred at a caravan park in Sixpenny Handley High Street at around 7.40pm on Sunday, March 10.

A white and orange Bailey Unicorn III caravan was stolen.

PC Kate Schofield, of the Dorset Police Rural Crime Team, said: “I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the caravan being towed around the relevant time in the Tollard Royal area or on the A354 between Salisbury and Blandford to please contact us.

“I am reaching out to residents in those areas to please check their home CCTV cameras.

“I would also like to hear from motorists with dashcams in their vehicles who were driving in the area at the time of the incident to review their footage and see if they have captured anything that may help us identify the suspect.”

Anyone with information should contact Dorset Police via www.dorset.police.uk, or call 101, quoting incident number 55240038573.
