FIREFIGHTERS tackled a blaze in Frome that left two vehicles damaged – and spread to hedgerow.
A crew form the town station attended the incident at just after 12.30am on Saturday morning.
On arrival, they called for a second engine to provide water, which also came form the town.
Then, a third engine was sent from Warminster after the fire spread to a hedgerow.
“This was a fire involving two vehicles, a large hedgerow and a garden fence,” said a Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson.
“The fire was extinguished using one hose reel jet, one main jet and compressed air foam (CAFS).
“Both vehicles were severely damaged by fire.”
