Biker remains in hospital after crash near Wells

A BIKER is in hospital with ‘serious injuries’ after a crash in Wells earlier this month.

The incident happened at around 2.25pm on Sunday, September 3, near the Titlands Lane junction of the A371.

Avon and Somerset Police said a Peugeot 208 and a Triumph motorcycle collided.

“The rider, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital, where he remains, with serious injuries,” a spokesperson added.

“If you have any information, witnessed the collision, or have any relevant footage, please contact us.”
