Man appears in court charged with assault over incident ‘in relation to a hunt’

A MAN has appeared in court charged with assault after an incident ‘in relation to a hunt’ last year.

Steven Paul, of Church Lane, Yeovil, appeared before Taunton Magistrates’ Court on Monday (September 18).

The 63-year-old was charged following an incident – in relation to a hunt – on November 3 last year, Avon and Somerset Police said.

Paul will next appear in court on Thursday, October 5.
