WHAT an absolutely amazing evening it was.
Seeing Mamma Mia! Live at the Bournemouth Pavilion was such a treat, and what a difference it makes having a live orchestra.
Hearing Abba’s iconic songs performed live added so much atmosphere and excitement to the show.
Even before the performance began, the audience was buzzing with anticipation. Everyone was dancing in their seats – it really set the tone for a fantastic night.
The show burst into life with an energetic opening and Sophie immediately captivated the audience with her beautiful voice.
The whole cast delivered outstanding performances, with powerful vocals, brilliant acting and infectious energy throughout. The chemistry between the characters made the story engaging, while the colourful costumes, vibrant choreography and clever staging brought the Greek island setting to life.

Bill, Sam and Harry provided brilliant slapstick humour, with perfect timing that had the audience laughing out loud.
One of the funniest moments was Take a Chance on Me, performed by Bill and Rosie – it was hilarious and one of the highlights of the evening.
Every song was performed with so much enthusiasm and heart, creating a real feel-good atmosphere from start to finish.
Dancing Queen and Super Trouper were absolute standouts as well.
The cast, orchestra and creative team delivered a truly memorable performance that left the audience on their feet singing and dancing at the end of the show.
A five-star show that I’d happily see again. If you get the chance to see Mamma Mia! Don’t miss it.
