A time traveller’s life

Utilising spoken word, puppetry and a fully working time machine, HG Wells’ classic Victorian sci-fi novel has been transformed into a neon-electro adventure for the entire family by East Anglian-based theatre company, The Keeper’s Daughter.

An eccentric Victorian inventor travels into the planet’s distant future, where he discovers an idyllic garden-earth and peaceful inhabitants. But when his time machine disappears he is forced to confront the true fate of humanity’s future and must overcome a subterranean horror in a desperate escape back to his own time…

Catch the Time Traveller as he visits Sixpenny Handley Village Hall (01725 552812) on Friday, February 11 and Winterborne Stickland Village Hall (01258 880920) on Saturday February 12.
