Residents disturbed burglars in Sandford Orcas garage

RESIDENTS at a Sherborne address disturbed burglars in their garage in the early hours of a Saturday morning.

The incident happened at around 3.50am on February 17 at an address in Sandford Orcas.

Nothing was stolen after the burglars were disturbed, police said.

PC William Saunders, of Dorset Police, added: “I would like to hear from anyone who may have seen or heard suspicious activity in the area on the night of the incident.

“If you live in the village and have a home CCTV system or doorbell camera, I am appealing to you to please check your footage for anything that may assist my enquiries.”
