New owners – and new name – for Shaftesbury eco shop

SHAFTESBURY’S eco shop – Forget Me Not – has new owners and a new look.

The former Coconut and Cotton store, in Swans Yard, has been taken on by the Woodham family, led by Nicky and Martin.

The pair have named the store the Forget Me Not Eco-Shop and opened the doors at the start of February and said the shop would continue to stock the best sellers previous owner, Lucy Barfoot, sourced and curated.

“The popular items, such as SodaStream gas cylinders and plastic-free washing up sponges, are available alongside some of the newer items Nicky has sourced which include Fussy deodorant, botanical facial steam blends and colourful fairtrade bags,” the pair added.

Although Coconut and Cotton no longer has a retail store, the founder Lucy is continuing with the brand to focus on product development.
