RUMOURS of a Spice Girls reunion – potentially at Glastonbury – have once again surfaced after comments made by Mel B.
Scary Spice has been speaking about the group – famed for hits including Wannabe and Viva Forever – “doing something together” to mark their 30th anniversary.
Hopes of the group – completed by Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell, Victoria Beckham and Melanie Chisholm – filling the ‘legends’ slot at Worthy Farm this year were dashed when Shania Twain was confirmed for the 2024 festival, which runs between June 26 and 30.
But speaking to the Hits Radio Breakfast Show, the singer said: “You don’t know that we’re not doing Glastonbury.
She went on: “We are talking about doing something together. I can’t say what it is because I always get into trouble.
“Loose lips sink ships and I’m not about to sink the ship.”

However, she did dash hopes of any new material from the group, saying: “I’ve had the kibosh put on me this time round, but my aim is to get us back into the studio, that would be nice.”
She added: “I’m probably going to get told off, but I’ve said it. There you go.
“We’ll be announcing at some point later this year. Now I’m going to be in trouble.”
