POLICE are appealing for witnesses after two people smashed their way into a cafe near Dorchester to steal a small amount of cash.
Two people reportedly arrived at the entrance to Langham Wine Estate in Crawthorne at 1am on October 30 where they forced entry into the cafe and stole cash from the till.
PC Ben Hannigan, of Dorchester Police, said: “Our enquiries are continuing into this incident and we are appealing to anyone with information about who was responsible to please come forward.

“If you were in the area and may have seen what happened, or have any relevant footage to help our investigation, please get in touch.
“This incident has impacted on the business, who had to pay to repair the damage caused, and we are carrying out all lines of enquiry available to us.”
