OFFICERS are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information following a home burglary in Sherborne.

Items including documents were stolen when entry was forced at an address on Bristol Road between Monday, January 12 and Tuesday, January 20.

PC Jamie Randell said: “We are carrying out a number of enquiries into this burglary and I am keen to hear from any witnesses with information that might assist our investigation.

“I would urge anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area during the relevant timeframe to please contact us.

“I would also ask residents in the vicinity with home CCTV or doorbell cameras to please check their footage for anything that might help our enquiries.”
