THE family of a 28-year-old man who sadly died in a crash near Stalbridge has released a heart-wrenching tribute.
Edward Pass, known as Ed, died when his grey BMW crashed on the A357 Cook’s Lane near Spire Hill Farm at around 9.27am on Tuesday (July 22).
Ed was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
The family of Ed has issued the following statement: “Loving son of Caroline and David, brother to Sam and Jim, partner to Hayley, brother-in-law to Charlie and Lottie, adored uncle and loved grandson.
“Ed was the most loving and kind-hearted man who would do anything for anyone.

“Rest in peace.
“All our love forever. Never forgotten.”
Police sergeant Dave Cotterill, of the Roads Policing Team, said: “First and foremost, our thoughts remain with Ed’s family and loved ones at this extremely difficult time.
“We are continuing to investigate the collision and would ask anyone with information who has not already spoken to police to please get in touch.”
