Passed away peacefully on the 4th May at Cookson Court Care Home in Yeovil.
Beloved Husband to his late wife Yvonne, dearly loved Dad to Sharon and Scott. Grampy to Louise, Emma, Hayley and Harvey and Great Grandad.
Funeral service takes place at Yeovil Crematorium on Friday 5th June at 12pm.
Family flowers only. Donations are invited to Arthritis UK. These may be left after the service.
