50 POETS from across the UK and beyond will descend on the Stourpaine Village Hall near Blandford this month for the Tears in the Fence poetry festival.
The festival will feature poetry readings, talks, panel discussions and more on September 19 to 21.
It will also feature an important exhibition of concrete and visual poetry – and poetry lovers will be able to buy the latest publications in the festival bookshop.
The festival director is David Caddy who edits the international poetry journal Tears in the Fence from his home in Durweston.

Blandford St Mary poet Gerald Killingworth will be launching his latest poetry collection Fabrics, Fancies & Fens at the festival.
Catering will be provided by pizza and curry vans on the Saturday (September 19).
