POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a number of high-value items were stolen in Yetminster.
A Takeuchi TB016 mini digger, a green Yamaha Kodiak quad bike, a plant trailer and a blue Ifor Williams HB511 horse trailer were stolen from a farm in Thornford Road in the early hours of Wednesday (September 3).
PC Lauren Middleton, of the Dorset Police Rural Crime Team, said the force believes two vehicles were driven away from the scene in an “erratic manner” in the direction of Somerset.
“I would also ask any motorists with dashcam who were driving in the area at the time of the incident to please review their footage and make contact if they have captured anything of relevance,” she said.
