Notice is given that Dannie Braithwaite has applied to Dorset
Council for a new premises licence under Section 17 of the
Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Braithwaites Board and Box,
2 Franwill Industrial Estate, Down Road, Pimperne, DT11 8UP
for provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 1400 to
2200 hours, Monday to Saturday and 1200 to 2200 on Sunday.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make

or writing to, Licensing, Dorset Council, County Hall,
Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ within 28 days from the date of
this notice. The licensing register and details of this application
may be inspected by contacting the licensing Section during
normal office hours. It is an offence under Section 158 of the
Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine
on summary conviction is unlimited.
