POLICE have launched an appeal after a teenager had his bank card stolen by a group of men in Dorchester.
The force said a teenage boy was walking with a girl on South Walks Road near to the war memorial at around 7.15pm on Sunday (October 5) when they were approached by a group of four men, wearing grey tracksuits and balaclavas.
The group reportedly punched the boy in the head and took his bank card from his wallet before dropping it and running away.
PC Edward Vaughan, of Dorset Police, said a full investigation is underway.

“I am appealing to anyone who was in the area and may have seen either the incident, or a group of people acting suspiciously in the vicinity, to please come forward,” he said.
“I would also like to hear from anyone who may have been driving in the town centre and captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
