THE sounds of music and children having fun were in the air in Mere over the weekend.
Mere Social Club was the venue for Saturday’s Autumn Fair & Family Fun Day (September 9).
The event raised money in support of the Salisbury District Hospital Charity Stars Appeal.
“It was one of the hottest days of the year and many attended in the early Autumn sunshine,” said George Jeans, of Mere.
“A good time was had by all, a ‘catch up’ was had by many.”
