Diabetes UK to benefit from 2025 Blackmore Vale Half Marathon

DIABETES UK will be the headline charity for the 2025 Blackmore Vale Half Marathon.

Organised by the Blackmore Vale Lions Club (BVLC), the 2025 event will take place on Sunday, February 2 next year, setting off from Bishops Caundle Recreation Ground.

Funds raised through the event will be donated to Diabetes UK for use across the south west.

Tim Otter, race director, said: “BVLC have decided to support Diabetes UK as our charity this year because of their fight against the biggest growing health crisis, outstanding educational work and working tirelessly to develop new treatments – and one day, find a cure.

“You can see their website and call their Helpline for support and information.”

You can enter the BVHM, preferably online, at https://englandathletics.sport80.com/public/wizard/e/28524 or by downloading a postal entry from https://bvlhm.yolasite.com.
