Dave passed away on 12th November, at Salisbury District Hospital, aged 74 years.
A much-loved Husband, Dad, Grandad and Brother who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral service to be held at Yeovil Crematorium on Monday 19th December at 10.40am.
