A BLANDFORD animal charity is set to hit TV screens on Monday as part of BBC show, Escape to the Country.
The property programme visited Blandford Animal Sanctuary some months ago – and the scenes are set to hit screens on Monday (November 11) at 3pm.
“In this special episode, you’ll get to see some of our beloved sanctuary residents, including the adorable Baby Rocco, Star, and Chocolate when they were just little ones,” said sanctuary founder, Becky-Beth Cox.
“And, of course, our charming donkey Uhtred, who is such a huge part of our sanctuary family, will be making an appearance too.

“I couldn’t be prouder of my little stars and can’t wait to show you all the love, dedication, and joy that goes into caring for these animals.
“Tune in to see our sanctuary in the spotlight and meet my amazing animal family.”
Escape to the Country sees various participants give property experts a budget as they aim to relocate from towns and cities into more rural areas.
The sanctuary’s appearance comes after food initiative, the Big Yellow Bus Garden Project, was filmed for the same show back in April.
