Blackmore Vale Half Marathon postponed for second year running

THE Blackmore Vale Half Marathon has been postponed as recovery after Storm Chendra continues.

Runners were set to gather in Bishop’s Caundle on Sunday (February 1) for the annual event – but it has now been put back, for the second year in succession.

Last year, the half marathon was delayed due to a water-logged course – and the same is now true of 2026 – with a new date to be confirmed.
