A STOLEN motorbike was found burnt out by police in Blandford and officers are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
Police previously put out a warning for motorbike owners in the Blandford area after six bikes were reported as stolen from the town centre in just three weeks.
The force said it was doing “all they can” to identify those responsible.
Now, police said a 50cc motorbike was stolen in Liddington Crescent was stolen between August 23 and 24.
The bike was eventually found on the morning of August 24 burnt out on the trailway behind Churchill Gardens.

“We are asking anyone who may have information about who was responsible, or who may have seen suspicious activity in the area, to please come forward,” a police spokesperson said.
“We would also like to hear from anyone who may have captured anything of relevance on either home CCTV or dashcam footage.”
