This exquisite Victorian sapphire and diamond cultured pearl brooch/pendant is part of Duke’s bi-annual jewellery and watches auction, on 16 June, along with a large collection of vintage Hermes clothing and accessories.
This auction will feature jewellery and watches, along with finer accessories, from cigar cutters to handbags. The use of three platforms, including Duke’s own in-house bidding platform, has led to competitive international bidding and sensational prices realised, such as a F.P. Journe, Chronomètre Bleu Tantalum wristwatch, which reached a price of £70,200, and £14,300 for a three stone diamond ring.
A free and confidential valuation morning is taking place in Duke’s fine art Dorchester Saleroom on 3 May. Email Victoria at victoria.wild@dukes-auctions.com or call 01305 265080 for more info or to book an appointment with a specialist. Register at www.dukes-auctions.com with Duke’s for more auction information and watch and bid live.
