OFFICERS investigating a burglary in North Dorset are renewing their appeal for information with images of some of the stolen items.
Between Thursday, December 11 and Sunday, December 14, entry was gained to a residential address around Park Grove in Stalbridge.
Several unique items with sentimental value were stolen from inside:
- Jewellery including a double pearl strand necklace with a sapphire and diamond clasp (pictured), a gold chain necklace with pearls (pictured), a gold chain bracelet with a ‘lucky bean’ (pictured), three gold linked bangles (pictured), a gold necklace with amethysts, pairings of sapphire, diamond and pearl earrings and cufflinks in gold and silver with engraving.
- Watches including an Omega watch, a Siko watch, a gold-plated pocket watch and a vintage watch with a gold rim.
- Homeware and other sentimental items including a set of silver crested forks, some with a lion crest (pictured), a gold oval shaped brooch with a lion crest (pictured), a silver crested mustard pot (pictured), a silver scallop shell butter dish (pictured), a silver matchbox (pictured), a silver fish server (pictured), a cocktail stirrer on a gold chain, an antique warthog figurine, silver christening cups with engraving, and three solid gold medals in the shape of a harp.

The lion crest features prominently on items.
PC Izzy Domleo of Dorset Police said: “Multiple items with sentimental value were stolen from inside the address, and we have now obtained images of some of these items.
“We are also issuing an image of a unique lion crest which features on some of the stolen items.
“I am asking anyone who has come across any of these items, or items with a matching lion crest, being offered for sale locally or online in suspicious circumstances to please get in touch.”
