A MAN is due in court charged with dangerous driving following a crash with an unmarked police car near Sturminster Marshall.
The unmarked police car and a white BMW crashed on the A31 between Stag Gate and the Roundhouse Roundabout just before 9.30pm on Monday (September 29).
A police officer in the unmarked car was hurt in the crash and was taken to hospital for treatment to injuries that were not described as life-threatening or life-changing.

He has since been released from hospital and no other injuries to the other driver were reported.
Police have now confirmed the BMW driver, a 35-year-old man who was arrested for driving offences, has now been charged with dangerous driving.
He is set to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on October 16.
