Traffic warning ahead of rescheduled Blackmore Vale Half Marathon

PEOPLE are being urged to make suitable arrangements as the Blackmore Vale Half Marathon takes place next month.

The event, which sees hundreds of people take on a 13-mile course, will take place from 11am on Sunday, July 13, setting off from Bishop’s Caundle Recreation Ground.

It was rescheduled following a postponement in February due to a watterlogged course.

“This is the rescheduled race. Residents might not be expecting it,” a spokesperson for organisers, Blackmore Vale Lions Club, said.
