Notice is hereby given that Bryanston School and Conference Centre Ltd, Blandford Dorset DT11 0PX has applied to North Dorset District Council for a new Premises Licence in respect of Bryanston Prep School, Durweston, Blandford Dorset DT11 0PY for the sale of alcohol on the premises, the provision of regulated activity and the provision of late-night refreshment between the hours of 12:01am and midnight, Monday to Sunday.

Any persons wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to the Licensing Officer at the above address within 10 working days of the date of this notice. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
