Join Vikki & Nic for a very special evening of Guided Sound Meditation at St. Andrew’s Church, Okeford Fitzpaine

This event is inclusive and open to all, no prior meditation experience or religious affiliation is required. Come as you are and allow yourself to be fully present.

A Guided Sound Meditation is a deeply immersive experience, blending the calming presence of a sound bath with the inner journeying of gentle hypnotherapy guided meditation.

In this session:

• Nic Wood leads the meditation with soothing, intentional guidance to help you settle your mind and open to deeper awareness.
• Vikki Seymour enriches the experience with live sounds of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, monolina, drum and more, supporting relaxation and inner reflection.
• The combination of voice and sound together, helps you release stress and overthinking, reconnect with yourself, and feel calm, clear, and gently renewed. These sessions are not about “fixing” anything, but creating a space for presence, stillness, and inner listening.
