Join us for an informal gathering at the very first Menopause Café in Sturminster Newton, Dorset.

Open to all ages and genders. No agenda but lots of community spirit!

This event is your chance to connect with others who are experiencing or have experienced menopause (directly or indirectly) and all that brings.

We’ll be meeting at the gorgeous Thyme After Time Café on Wednesday 17th January 2024 at 10 am – 12 noon.

You’ll have the opportunity to share your stories, ask questions and gain support from others who understand what you may be going through.
