Dorset charity Sexual Trauma and Recovery Services (STARS Dorset) is asking everyone to star jump for one minute or indeed five on May 28.

STARS Dorset, which offers a free independent sexual violence advisor service, counselling and a support line along with a dedicated children and young people’s service, has seen an increase in referrals this past year.

To enter go to starsdorset.org, or find them on Facebook and Instagram or text STARSDORSET to 70085. £3 plus your standard rate message will be charged to your phone.
