WINCANTON’S Christmas lights will be switched on during a festive feast of activity this month.

A festive market, lantern parade, marching band and more will be on offer in the town at the event, set for Friday, November 24.

Facepainting, reindeer and a snow machine – as well as the chance to meet Santa – will also feature in the event, set to run between 4pm and 8pm.

Activities have been organised by Wincanton Town Council.
