A WEBSITE still offering gift vouchers for the closed Holbrook Manor & Club is set to be taken down.
Customers contacted your New Blackmore Vale after finding the site still open – offering vouchers for treatments such as a ‘full body massage’ and a ‘seasonal scrub’.
The site was still selling vouchers at 11am on Friday morning (September 15) – three days after the venue was ‘closed with immediate effect’.
After being contacted by this newspaper, a spokesperson for Hillbrooke Hotels, which owns the now-closed venue, said the page would be taken down ‘as a matter of urgency’.
They said it would be removed as the company ‘did not want’ customers to purchase vouchers for the Wincanton club.

Meanwhile, anyone with outstanding gift cards or vouchers, is set to be contacted in the coming weeks.
“With regards to existing gift vouchers, the insolvency practitioners have the details of all those with unredeemed gift vouchers and will be contacting everyone,” the spokesperson added.
The shock closure of Holbrook Manor & Club was announced on Tuesday (September 12).
Extensive renovation work at the property had been halted, they said, and the venue closed amid ‘inflationary pressures’ and ‘delays’.
Meanwhile, staff have been remembering their time at Holbrook House.
