VIDEO: Work progressing on new 74-bed Wincanton care home

WORK is progressing apace at a new Wincanton nursing home.

The Cale View development, off Dyke’s Way and Andrews Way, is a 74-bed facility by Cornerstone Healthcare.

The firm said it will “provide care for adults of all ages, with challenging behaviours associated with complex neurological and mental health conditions”.

It is due to be completed in November.

Meanwhile, work is also progressing at Osbern Manor, in Wigmore, near Gillingham, a 72-room care home offering “residential, nursing, dementia and respite care in a luxury five-star environment”, according to Oakland Care, which is developing the site.
