RESTAURANTS in Wiltshire, Dorset and Somerset have made the semi-finals in a national competition.

The finalists have been revealed in the 2025 British Kebab Awards, and include a number of eateries from the Vale and surrounds across a range of categories.

Now, members of the public are being urged to vote for their favourites in the awards, which are running for the 12th year, with the winners set to be announced at a glittering ceremony at London’s Park Plaza Westminster Hotel on February 27.

“This year’s semi-finalists represent a diverse array of Kebab restaurants and takeaways, each bringing its unique flair, flavours, and traditions to the fore,” an awards spokesperson said.

“The competition is fierce, with establishments vying for top honours across various categories, including Best Kebab Restaurant, Best Takeaway, and more.

“The semi-finalists have demonstrated unparalleled commitment to quality, authenticity, and customer satisfaction, earning their rightful place among the industry’s elite. Their dedication to excellence is a testament to the Kebab industry’s resilience, creativity, and unwavering passion for delivering unforgettable dining experiences.”
