EYFS have been very busy this term with their topic ‘A Ticket to Ride’, delving into the world of transport.
At Sherborne Primary, we believe that learning through real life experiences is key. Our EYFS children have led the way on our exciting journey through their own interests. We have been lucky enough to visit Sherborne train station, ride on a double decker bus and have visits from vehicles that help us at work such as a tractor, police car and a Bradfords lorry. We are also very excited to get a chance to name the lorry that visited us, a name which has yet to be decided.
