Sarah Beeny and Graham Swift’s new plans for barns on their Somerset estate

PROPERTY development star Sarah Beeny and her husband Graham Swift have resubmitted plans to change the use of a number of barns on their estate near Bruton.

The couple, who live at Stoney Stoke, have applied to change the use of a range of agricultural buildings at Stoke Farm to create five new homes.

Two barns will be converted into four dwellings – three two-bed and one three-bed – with another two barns converted into a single, five-bedroom home.

The application comes three years after a previous change of use application was approved by South Somerset District Council.
