Safety matting recycled for muddy spots in Stur!

SAFETY matting from a children’s play area has been recycled to help people in muddy conditions.

The matting, from the recreation ground play area in Sturminster Newton, has been picked up for use in front of information boards in the town.

A Sturminster Newton Town Council spokesperson said: “Amazing job by our lovely Grounds Team.

“We’ve recycled some matting from the recreation ground, so it’s easier to read the Trailway Information Boards without needing wellies on.”
