Shaftesbury have had a strong summer with recruitments but stepped it up even further with former Bournemouth front man, Brett Pitman.

Pitman who has had an illustrious career, which includes a Championship winners medal, arrives at Coppice Street after a prolific season with AFC Portchester having netted 50 goals in all competitions.

Having made over 600 appearances in the Football League with the likes of Bristol City, Ipswich Town and Portsmouth, to name a few, there’s no denying this is one of The Rockies biggest ever signings.
