Rare watch stolen in raid at village property near Blandford

A RARE valuable watch was stolen in a burglary in Blandford.

Police are investigating after a property in Winterborne Houghton was broken into some time between Friday, August 11 and and Saturday, August 19.

Along with other items of jewellery, a Breitling SAS 138 Seawolf silver wristwatch was stolen.

PC Jon Leach, of North Dorset police, said: “I am continuing to carry out enquiries to establish what happened and would ask anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area to please come forward.

“Also, I would like to hear from anyone who may have seen the rare watch for sale either in a shop or online in unusual circumstances.”
