Notice is given that John Candy has applied to Dorset council for a new premises license in respect of Lakeside Kitchen, Manor Farm, Todber, Dorset, DT10 1JB for the provision of alcohol (on and off premises) and hosting of sporting activities between the hours of 08:00 – 23:00 Monday to Sunday.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
