PLANS have been submitted to change the use of offices above a car showroom in West Stour to flats.
An application has been submitted to Dorset Council to change the use of part of the building at Riverside Petrol Station/Victoria Motors, in Sherborne Road.
The scheme would see the use of offices above the vehicle showroom changed from ‘offices’ to ‘studio flats’.
Parking would also form the basis of the change, with two studio flats created, the plan says.
