Notice is hereby given that Damory Garage Limited has applied to Dorset Council for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of: The Cross Stores, The Cross, Child Okeford, Blandford Forum, Dorset, DT11 8ED. The variation application seeks to amend the permitted hours for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises to: Monday to Sunday: 07:00 to 23:00. The application may be inspected by appointment at the offices of Dorset Council Licensing Authority or via the Council’s public licensing register.

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to Dorset Council Licensing Authority no later than 8 July 2026. It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person doing so may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
