I have a Life Membership for Holbrook Club which started 6 years ago and runs for another 22 years for which I paid £2500. I have written to them, posted it to the Hotel, and enclosed a copy of my membership but received no response. So far I have not been able to ascertain who is dealing with the insolvency and what my position is. It was a present to myself after my husband died and has given me access to much needed classes and friendship.
I empathise with the staff particularly but do far, no empathy from the management of Hillbrooke Hotels for my situation.
It is hard to know how to move ahead to get clarity

My granddaughter gave me a gift voucher for afternoon tea for two as a present last Christmas. When I rang the hotel I was told I could use it after the wedding season. Now it has closed. How do I get it honoured, please?
