At Acreman St Antiques Auction, Sherborne it has been a busy start to the year with our General Antiques Action and our  very successful Specialist Jewellery and Watches Auction, with good prices achieved as we see the trend for people to invest in gold and high value watches continuing, We are now happy to accept items for our spring Specialist Jewellery and Watches auction.

With February already upon us our next auction is on Friday, February 25. Among the items already being accepted are a large number of paintings and prints and a rare collection of early horse racing related prints in their original frames.The earliest are a set of 6 C1750 hunting prints by Thomas Burford in their original Hogarth frames.

We are still accepting items for our February auction and we are also looking to take in items for our May Specialist Textile, Fashion and Apparel to include, antique and vintage and designer clothing, antique lace and fabrics, patchwork quilts, eiderdowns, Welsh blankets, Chinese embroidered fabrics and kimonos, tapestries and samplers etc.

We are happy to take in from single items up to complete house clearances.
