After sampling some delicious mushroom-based treats\, we’ll head into the woods to see what the season has to offer\, learning how to identify\, harvest and work with wild fungi safely and responsibly. \nBack at Happy River\, enjoy a nourishing fungi-inspired lunch before getting hands-on: inoculating your own mushroom log to take home\, learning how to preserve and prepare mushrooms\, and creating your own dual-extracted tincture to support health and vitality. \nA deeply grounding and educational day connecting you to nature\, food\, and the powerful world of fungi. \nEvent cost: £160.
