Entrance to Frome car park closed for four days

THE main entrance to a Frome car park is set to be closed for four days while “improvement works” are carried out.

The entry point to the Cattle Market Car Park on Bridge Street will be shut to drivers for up to four days, Somerset Council said.

Work was set to start today (October 30), running until Thursday, November 2.

“Drivers can still use the car park but will have to enter and leave via the main exit on Bridge Street,” a council spokesperson said.

“Please drive with caution due to the narrow nature of the temporary entrance and exit. Thank you.

“We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.”
