It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Edward Waltham in Yeovil District Hospital on Sunday 16th October after a long illness. Husband to Ethne, sister to Mary, father to Mark and James, Grandfather to William, Edward, Thomas, Sophie and Jack. Edward will be sadly missed by his many friends and relatives. Our grateful thanks to the doctors, nurses and carers in ward 7B who supported Edward and his family with such care and dedication. The funeral service will be held at St. Peter’s Church, Purse Caundle on Friday 4th November at 12 noon followed by refreshments at the Cider Barn, Church Farm. Family flowers only please. Donations welcome for Parkinson’s UK or Yeovil Hospital Charity.
