A SPECTACULAR sunflower trail is opening early – after a surprise bloom.
Organisers at Maiden Castle Farm near Dorchester, will open the Dorset Sunflower Trail for its third year tomorrow (July 28), from 11am until 4pm.
Tickets, costing £5 per person, are available online as well as on the gate, with half of the profits being donated to the Special Care Bay Unit at Dorset County Hospital.
Meanwhile, following a successful collaboration last year, Dorchester Town Council will be running a number of sunflower themed events in the town.
